We are not raising. Here is everything else.
Laudenya completed its first seed round and is not seeking equity at this time.
Everything else on this site is open — what we are developing, what the evidence says, and what it does not. If you write about animal health, the second half of this page is for you.
01 · Investors
We are not seeking equity at this time.
Laudenya has completed its first series of seed investment. The company is privately held and is not raising further capital at this time.
We say so plainly because the alternative — a page that leaves the question open — wastes your time and ours.
If circumstances change, this page changes with them. Until then, the most useful thing we can offer an investor is the same thing we offer a veterinarian: the work itself, with its limits marked. Our research approach and its limits are set out on this site.

The facts, written to be reprinted.
This is the block that gets used most and thought about least, so it is written to be copied verbatim.
Boilerplate
Laudenya is an animal-health company developing therapies for conditions that are common, painful, and still managed rather than solved. It works across dairy cattle, horses, dogs and cats, in two areas: infections and bacterial biofilm, and inflammation and tissue recovery. The company combines nature-inspired discovery with computational design, advanced formulation and laboratory validation. Laudenya is privately held. Its products are in development and none is yet approved for sale.

What we can tell you, and what we cannot.
Nobody publishes this section. It is the most useful thing on a media page for a company at this stage.
How thin the evidence is in veterinary medicine
For seven of the nine conditions we work on, the comparative evidence needed to judge current treatment does not exist. We can show you exactly where the gaps are.
How we choose what to work on
The disease first, never the ingredient.
What the eight fields we investigate actually are
Including ozone, which is one field among eight, and is assessed rather than claimed.
The founders, the company, and how it is built
Who we are, where we are, and how the work is organised.
Whether anything works
No programme has produced a result that may be published, and we will not imply one in an interview.
When a product will reach a market
No programme has reached efficacy and safety studies or registration.
Round sizes, valuations or investors
Not now, and not in background either.
If a claim about Laudenya sounds stronger than what is on this website, it did not come from us.
05 · How to describe us
How to describe us.
A short block of approved wording, so a writer copies rather than invents.
Laudenya is developing a therapy for bovine mastitis.
Laudenya’s mastitis treatment.
The company investigates ozone among eight fields.
The ozone company. · Ozone-based therapies.
Nature-inspired · in development · a development programme.
Natural, used as a claim of safety or of regulatory status.
The six words that turn a programme description into a drug claim — treats, prevents, reduces infection, controls biofilm, supports recovery, improves comfort — are safe inside the phrase “programme objective” and unsafe outside it.
The name: Laudenya, from the Latin laudare, to praise or to honour. Pronounced lau-DÉ-nya. Written in running text as Laudenya, never translated, never abbreviated, and treated as singular.
